Do you take insurance?

I am an out of network provider, so I don’t contract or work directly with insurance. I do, however, accept Lyra Health EAP. Depending on your insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your eligibility. If you would like to use your benefits, please contact your insurance and inquire about your out-of-network coverage.

Good Faith Estimate

Please review the statement below about the Good Faith Estimate

The “Good Faith Estimate” is a new law starting January 2022. Under this law, health care providers, including psychotherapists, need to give patients who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected services rendered.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for the psychotherapy services you receive. While a therapist may not know in advance how many therapy sessions may be necessary for any given person, the notice will provide an estimate of the costs provided.

You can ask your provider for this estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service. Please see above for the cost of the psychotherapy services I provide.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your rights to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
